Shipping
Standard 'shipping'and packaging is £1.99 (approx $4) worldwide. For orders of £50 (approx $100) and more the postage/shipping is free.
We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days but if any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will advise you and get them for you as soon as possible, with the option to either request a substitute or partial refund. There is no extra delivery charge for this.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Secure Ordering and Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card details are not held by the stocking shop or its subsidiaries and we cannot access them after an order has been placed. Online credit card transactions are processed by AlertPay.com, an established credit card payment processor, on their secure servers and statements may show their name and the name of our group - CMC-Supplies.com.
Returns Policy
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a refund (less posting costs) provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. We do not, as some online retailers do, charge a 'restocking' fee - when buying on other internet sites you may find yourself faced with a 15% reduction on return due to this practice - we do not believe in making any such charge!
Please ensure that briefs, thongs, and swimwear etc are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
All returns should be notified to us by email within 7 days of delivery quoting the original order number.

All items are shipped in plain packaging with no outward details of contents, for your privacy.
